FEE Structure...

We are up-front and honest about our terms of payment.  We want our candidates to be happy with their deal and you to be happy with yours.

Fee for service.  Our fee becomes payable when the candidate starts work.  Our fee is calculated on the annual remuneration package.  The annual remuneration package includes base salary plus all other allowances such as non-contributory superannuation, bonuses, commissions, motor vehicle entitlements and other fringe benefits.  Motor vehicles themselves valued at a minimum of $15,000 per annum or as agreed in the package.

Our fees are calculated as follows Contingent Retained & Exclusive Permanent part-time appointments are based on the total annualised remuneration package on a pro-rata basis.  Should an assignment be withdrawn after a shortlist of candidates has been presented to you, we are entitled to charge a fee for expenses incurred.  Our minimum service fee is $3000 * plus advertising disbursements. *Plus GST.
Remuneration package < $34,999      15.0%*   13.5%*
Remuneration package > $35,000 17.5%* 15.0%*

 

 

Why Use Temps and Contractors...?

They're cost-effective.  You'll find hiring temps and contractors very cost-effective.  They come in, do the work, and leave when it's done, and you know what you're paying for them from the start.

It's convenient.  You'll find it a very convenient arrangement.  When illness, babies, jury service or for whatever other reason you're down on personnel occurs, with one quick call you'll soon be working back at full capacity. 

Try before you buy. Of course, temping and contracting a role can help you decide whether a candidate has what it takes to work permanently, something a lot of clients use first ... to test the waters so to speak.  It pays.

Motivate your staff.  Best of all, bringing in outside temps and contractors means you and your existing team will benefit from new ideas and a work tempo that will excite your full timers, which can be refreshing all by itself.
