Customer Service/ Office Administrator- Temp

An immediate need has arisen for a suitably experienced Customer Service/ Administrator to join the Altona Team of a highly recognised Asia Pacific Maintenance Business.

 

Possessing outstanding customer service, and rapport building skills, you will excel in providing quality service to contractors, suppliers, and internal customers. Updating internal data base systems, using excel spreadsheets to update information, and statistics coupled with intermediate to advanced knowledge of outlook will see you thrive in this assignment. Tasks will sometimes vary to keep you day interesting. You will use word for correspondence as well as outlook, but you will also enjoy working on internal data base systems which you have no problem picking up as you go.

 

Essentially this role is a Temporary assignment until the end of April, however if you are open to permanent opportunities after this time frame, this may be the opportunity you are looking for to get a foot in the door.

 

To be suited to this role you MUST be able to work in a small team, and at times you will be the only person in the office, so being self driven is paramount.
