They are looking for an experienced Store Manager with strong management and sales skills to take the store in the eastern suburbs to a new level, and then on to sustained growth.

Understanding just how relentless retail really is, you will be creating and managing sales and performance targets for the store, generating store traffic, planning and implementing merchandising plans, running sales promotions and managing pricing and inventory to optimise margin.

The product range is vast and can grow as quickly as the market for sustainable living soars ahead. You will work in synergy with Green Living Consultants on the range of higher end solutions such as solar PV, solar hot water, grey water and water tanks to create an environmental journey for customers.

To be successful in this role, you will bring strong sales experience and a background of success in retail store performance.

You will have worked with a large product range including some high value products and will be well rewarded for success with a salary and strong incentives. Importantly, you will bring excitement and enthusiasm for the environment and being part of a progressive company that helps individuals to protect our planet.

Experience with solar hot water, electricity and water saving products is advantageous as is a working knowledge of carbon credits, government policy and rebates. The role has outstanding growth potential.
