Our client is one of Australia退leading Resort & Hotel Groups. We are seeking a dynamic Catering Manager with a strong focus on Customer Service and a desire to advance their hospitality career to join their management team in the Northern Territory.

This hands on role will keep you busy running a bar as well as the daily catering requirements.

Ideally you will have worked as a manager or assistant manager in catering/banquets, a fast faced restaurant or perhaps a hotel with a restaurant.

You must have enthusiasm and be a positive person who enjoys training, motivating and managing a small team to provide fast, friendly and efficient service.

Bring your strong communication skills, ability to get along with others and desire to be part of a close-knit community to this busy role.

Experience working in a remote resort or island will be an advantage but not essential.
