We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant with a strong business focus and consultative approach to support and drive continued growth. We have a robust recruitment process, strategic focus and leading edge recruitment & CRM software. Our recruitment support often extends to many areas of HR support and consulting projects, and this allows us to become a Business Partner to our clients rather than just "The Recruiter". This means ongoing long term relationships rather than purely transactional.
In addition to recruitment, our key product offerings are retention, performance management systems (including best of breed software), psychometric assessments, outplacement programs and team building programs.
In order to be successful in this role you will have proven Account Management and Business Development capabilities and be well connected in Melbourne with a range of contacts. Your networking skills and current contacts will play a key role in the development of new client relationships within the SME market, as will the development of our existing relationships.
Naturally for a Human Resources business, you will have exceptional interpersonal and relationship building skills. Outstanding oral, written and presentation skills are a must. You will be IT literate, familiar with internet technology and able to pick up new technologies quickly.
You will demonstrate strong business acumen and experience robably gained within sales and customer service environments, rather than a solely recruitment background. While you will be well supported, it will be important to work on your own initiative and effectively manage your time and activity in order to deliver great results.
