You will need to have a background of success in Executive Recruitment as well as demonstrated experience in managing a Temp Desk earlier in your career.

You will be well connected in Melbourne and have proven Account Management and Business Development capabilities. Your networking skills and current contacts will play a key role in the development of new client relationships in both the SME and corporate market segments, as will the development of our existing relationships. There is an existing base of organizations to develop.

You will have exceptional interpersonal and relationship building skills. Outstanding oral, written and presentation skills are a must. You will be IT literate, familiar with internet technology and able to pick up new technologies quickly.
